• Deposits • All services require a $25 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit upon booking that is applied to the service. The remaining balance is due the day of service and can be paid with: - Cash (exact amount) - Credit/Debit - Zelle - Applepay • Cancelations • Rescheduling/Canceling an appointment will require a new deposit to rebook. All communications must be sent through text/call as Instagram and Facebook aren’t checked daily. No-Call/No-Shows forfeit their deposit and will not be able to schedule a new appointment until the total balance of the missed appointment is paid. • Late • Please be sure to arrive on time and ensure adequate time to find parking. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. To schedule another appointment, a new deposit will be required. If you’re still able to be seen past the 10 minute grace period, I’ll use the remaining time for your service. (No additional fees will apply)
